About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding client progress.
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordination with management and staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.

Salary and Benefits
