Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy
* Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding client progress
* Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
* Track client progress and program data
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions
* Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations
