Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to enhance our team. This role offers a competitive benefits package and a performance-based compensation model, with potential annual earnings ranging from $105,000 to $120,000. As an APN, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based medical care tailored to patient needs.
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute health conditions, including minor injuries and illnesses.
- Order and analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive care plan.
- Facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Nurse Practitioner license.

- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities, including lifting and prolonged standing.
