Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Clinical Solutions: Develop and implement clinical applications and technologies that meet the needs of our users, while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Lead Complex Projects: Lead projects associated with application implementation and execution, applying project management methodologies and utilizing standard project management tools.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research and identify new technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to design and build innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Mentor and Lead Teams: Mentor and lead analyst, system engineering, and/or programming teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clinic leadership and other stakeholders to develop and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate ideas and problem solutions effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: Epic Resolute - Certification required. Epic Other Access and Revenue Cycle Applications - Proficiency preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering new and innovative software solutions to advance organizational and industry goals. Major systems development and implementation experience. Multiple years of experience mentoring and leading analyst, system engineering, and/or programming teams.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of supported industry and operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of operational healthcare, hospital and/or ambulatory and inpatient workflows and medical terminology.
