Job Description
As a Sales & Operations Excellence Leader – Ultrasound, you will lead the improvement and execution of the S&OE process for a dedicated business unit in North America. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide leaders, and assure clear capacity figures are shared via S&OP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure clear and quantitative capacity figures are shared via S&OP and implemented across the order management chain.
- Prepare and execute the weekly S&OE process for your designated business unit.
- Communicate with key stakeholders required to participate in or be informed about decisions or actions.
- Capture improvement opportunities into a backlog and manage refinement, prioritization, and delivery through support teams.
- Tightly coordinate with accountable leaders from Tier 1 and 2 for input and escalation.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure S&OE output is considered in revenue submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain Management.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management).
- Able to deliver accurate, analytical, and process-driven work; comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, Make-to-Order fulfillment, and downstream supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional leaders.
