We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager with expertise in the Financial Services industry to join our team at Keller Executive Search. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex tax matters and providing expert guidance to clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and reduce tax liabilities for financial services clients.
- Oversee accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns, including income tax, partnership tax, and other related returns.
- Provide strategic tax advice and guidance to clients, addressing complex issues and assisting with financial planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and offer well-founded solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and cross-selling financial products to existing clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in tax, focusing on the financial services industry.
- Profound knowledge of tax regulations, financial services, and relevant tax software.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
