Job Title: Internal Tools Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Tools Project Manager to lead the transition of our in-house website and legacy systems to a new, modern platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation, managing the integration of internal tools and systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage key internal projects, ensuring successful integration of systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document detailed system requirements for digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and product, to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage project roadmaps, develop timelines, and monitor progress, ensuring key deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Communicate complex project details and progress updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective alignment across departments.
  • Facilitate agile methodologies and sprint planning to ensure project adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
  • Oversee the integration of B2B & B2C operations, ensuring systems are scalable and future-ready.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or internal tools management.
  • Experience managing system migrations, particularly with legacy systems and B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, internal tools, and digital transformation principles.
  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams, managing expectations and fostering clear communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex project details for stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing timelines, tracking project progress, and presenting key deliverables.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in website management, system integration, or digital product transformation.
  • A technical background in digital systems, IT, or engineering is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in ERP systems, CRM systems, and 3PL systems.
