Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the planned stock transport order volume is executed each month for the sending region or area you are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Distribution Requirements Planners for import and export materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with Order to Cash and Supply Chain Planning teams to accomplish this goal.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Order Coordinators, and Production Schedulers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Investigate and document reasons for material availability issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor export vs. plan to identify deviations and take corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operation and/or supply chain planning role.
  • 1-2 years of Finite Scheduling experience.
  • Experience with SAP MRP Scheduling preferred.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Experience with advanced planning/scheduling solutions preferred.
  • Experience in a chemical compounding environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills required.
