Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a swimming pool route, ensuring timely and efficient cleaning and maintenance of pools
  • Provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Stock and maintain chemicals on the truck, ensuring accurate water chemistry adjustments for each pool
  • Utilize our proprietary software platform, Pool Ops, to manage pool services and communicate with customers
  • Identify and report equipment repair needs to the office, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring pools sparkle and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • No prior experience required, as we provide extensive training to ensure success
  • Certified Pool Operator License preferred but not necessary
