The CT Technologist will operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality radiographs of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of CT scanning procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality radiographs of patients' bodies
  • View images of organs or tissue on video display screens to ensure quality of pictures
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of undergraduate education or equivalent
  • ARRT registry in CT or MRI
  • Strong working knowledge of CT scanning procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
