Your Role: As a Pest Control Technician, your primary responsibility will be to assist community members by addressing their pest-related concerns. You will build lasting relationships through honesty, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include traveling to client locations, evaluating pest issues, and implementing tailored treatment strategies. You will work to resolve current pest problems and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications: To thrive as a technician at American Pest, you should possess the following:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Enthusiasm and dedication with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate customer properties safely, including climbing stairs and using ladders
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
