Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during the overnight shift. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Tending to guest complaints and questions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintaining the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.
• Managing front desk office supplies and equipment, and monitoring all front desk activities, including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
• Generating reports for the business day, performing administrative duties, and maintaining accurate records.
• Verifying accurate room status information and communicating with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolving guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Upholding the hotel's commitment to hospitality, and ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to our high standards.

• Minimum of one year of front office or supervisory experience, preferably at a high-end resort.
• High school or equivalent education required; university degree or college diploma in Hospitality Management an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-directed, motivated, and demonstrated exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate, concisely and openly, in all interactions (verbal and written).
• Ability to exercise sound logic and judgment in evaluating situations and utilizing appropriate resources.
• Demonstrated ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency, and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and overtime as required.

• Working in an outdoor environment, including sun, wind, and rain.
• Ascending and descending stairs and ramps.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods, up to 5 hours at a time.
• Required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch, as well as stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, repetitive motions.
• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment, tools, products, and supplies.
