Job Overview

Field Force Merchandising is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to supervise reset/remodel teams in major retail chains. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with retail store remodels, retail installations, and merchandising, light construction, and managing teams in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage reset/remodel teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations.
  • Manage crews during reset/remodel projects, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, evaluations, hours, and any issues to senior management.
  • Collaborate with store management and merchandise teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety program requirements and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel away from home with overnight stays when needed, with the possibility of being on the road 3-6 weeks at a time.
  • Basic computer application skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheets.
  • Smart device with data plan for use in the field.
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking up to 10 hours a day, and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to consent to background check and drug screening.

Compensation:

Starting at $18/hour, with bonuses based on team performance and attendance.
