Job Summary:

Beko US is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to lead our demand and inventory planning efforts. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, meet customer demands, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
  • Collect and analyze demand inputs from sales and marketing teams to inform inventory planning decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and achieve in-stock KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and manage order management activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate demand and supply gaps, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage warehouse capacity requirements, plan capacity increases, and ensure warehousing costs are in line with agreements.
  • Manage physical stock counts, resolve disputes, and maintain SKU-based ETA information.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
  • +5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, and logistics functions.
  • Technical knowledge in demand and inventory planning.
  • Strong knowledge of software used to support key functional areas in the supply chain, including SAP-ERP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and planning skills to optimize and drive efficiency in the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and operations metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
