Cloud-Based Construction Marketing Strategist

At RJM Technologies, Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Cloud-Based Construction Marketing Strategist to spearhead our efforts in promoting our cutting-edge construction management software. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of like-minded professionals.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and execute product positioning strategies that highlight the unique capabilities and business benefits of our software. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting competitive intelligence analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and differentiators. They will also be tasked with partnering with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to craft and deliver cohesive, customer-focused messaging across all channels.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in B2B software product marketing, preferably in the construction or technical software industry.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
