Key responsibilities will include preparing loan documents, maintaining loan records, and collaborating with customers and branch staff to ensure accurate loan account information. To excel in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of banking experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Prior customer service experience is essential, as well as computer literacy and attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and familiarity with HMDA and RESPA are highly valued.
