Customer Service Specialist

Our Marketing department is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate has passion for helping customers and the community. This position will be the front line of support for customers to help ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.
Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
•Resolve product/service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Prepare product/service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and distributing to team.
•Assist with other areas of the Marketing department, such as donation requests, public relations, communications, and community events.
Qualifications:
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities daily.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office & computer skills.
•Detail oriented & able to communicate effectively with various departments, district managers and shops.
•Previous customer service experience preferred.
We offer:
•Full time position, M-F schedule 8:00am - 4:30pm (some nights and weekends may be required for events).
•Salary Range is $21-$23/hour with ESOP and benefits package.
•Long-term stability and control due to ownership and vertical integration.
