Key Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Share knowledge and training with fellow team members.
  • Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through leads and referrals.
  • Deliver insurance quotes to potential clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Offer ongoing support to insurance clients as required.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Address the needs and preferences of clients effectively.
  • Educate clients on insurance policies that align with their requirements.
  • Present policies to new clients, detailing the benefits and risks involved.

Qualifications
  • A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
