Key Responsibilities
  • Promote safety awareness among coworkers and oneself through proper work practices, effective housekeeping, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure product quality, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Safely fill high-pressure cylinders, tube trailers, and cryogenic products into dewars.
  • Contribute to site security by consistently adhering to established security protocols.
  • Efficiently oversee and execute plant start-up and shut-down procedures in line with approved operational guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve process-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs.
  • Assess the performance of systems and equipment against set standards, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Promptly notify management of safety incidents, unsafe conditions, environmental concerns, or production-related issues.
  • Participate in site safety initiatives through involvement in the Site Safety Committee and monthly Operations Safety meetings.
  • Advance personal training progress through a computer-based training program and meet established training objectives.
  • Carry out additional duties essential to the daily operations of the helium transfill process.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
