  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring a cohesive and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant human services field, such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, from an accredited school of graduate education.
  • Full licensure in North Carolina required.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapists working in inpatient psychiatric settings.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent movement between patient care areas, including hospital units, emergency rooms, individual offices, and conference areas. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality care and services.
