Customer Experience Specialist Role Profile

At DiVentures, we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in making this happen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create positive experiences for customers by sharing product knowledge, providing gear and class recommendations, and facilitating sales in the store.
  • Work with customers to understand their unique needs and aspirations, from learning how to swim to planning a bucket-list dive trip.
  • Proactively engage customers in-person, on the phone, and through email to build lasting relationships and offer continued opportunities to enjoy the water.
  • Present information confidently in one-on-one or small group settings to our customers.
  • Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store with an exceptional visual presentation of products.

We're seeking someone who wants to be an expert in course and equipment sales and will apply their knowledge and experience to every customer interaction. You'll work alongside your store team to hit monthly sales targets and enjoy special pricing on swim lessons, scuba classes, and dive gear.
