We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering customers by providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations, by developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Present Financial Solutions: Offer customers financial solutions that meet their goals, based on their needs.
- Insurance Products: Present customers with optional insurance products that meet their needs.
- Loan Life Cycle: Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations.
- Business Development: Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers.
- Credit Underwriting: Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, working on-site during standard business hours, with some extended hours as needed.
Compensation
The target base salary range is $18.00-$20.00, with additional compensation based on individual and company performance.
