Position Overview


The Class Action Litigation Paralegal will be instrumental in assisting attorneys with the preparation, filing, and management of legal documents pertinent to complex class action litigation.

Responsibilities will also encompass conducting legal research, liaising with expert witnesses, and communicating with various stakeholders involved in the cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the preparation and submission of court documents
  • Perform legal research and factual investigations
  • Organize case files and oversee the discovery process
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings
  • Interact with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
  • Coordinate large-scale class action lawsuits
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and civil procedure rules

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in class action litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Plaintiff, Litigation, Personal Injury, and Employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies is preferred
  • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
