About the Role

Congruex LLC is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines
  • Operate a Bucket truck safely and efficiently
  • Assist with pole framing and placement of stands
  • Climb poles as required
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types
  • Assist with installation of guys and anchors
  • Ensure all installation work meets quality standards
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass background check; no DUIs or felonies
  • Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to travel on short notice, Southeast region of the US
  • Comfortable working in inclement weather
  • Ability to work at heights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry
  • Current CDL
