Job Summary

Cumberland Dairy is seeking skilled Process Controls Technicians to perform design and maintenance functions on digital control, PLC, and data acquisition systems. Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain software and hardware for digital control, PLC, and data acquisition systems
  • Troubleshoot control systems failures and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain systems documentation and training materials
  • Train operations and maintenance staff on system usage and maintenance
Requirements
  • Instrumentation or Electrician Technician degree
  • At least five years' experience in an industrial setting and one year in process controls
  • Knowledge of PID's, I to P controllers, OPC Protocol, and 4-20mA signals and control
  • Efficient with Microsoft products
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
