  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Perform clerical and communication functions, including answering phones, responding to messages, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in inpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
  • CPR (American Heart Association) certification required.
  • CPI certification required within introductory period.
