Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Aspen Healthcare Services INC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Cook in food preparation, processing, and delivery to patients.
  • Help with meal preparation in accordance with patient dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely setup of meal service, maintenance of food carts, and delivery of meal trays.
  • Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up.
  • Keep work areas clean, including sweeping and mopping floors, sterilizing countertops, and wiping down storage areas.
  • Wash and clean cooking equipment, utensils, meal service trays, and return them to proper storage areas.
  • Collect and carry out garbage, and dispose of food and waste per facility regulations.
  • Prep food supplies for the next meal and follow all safety regulations and precautions at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information.
