About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team at St. Luke's Health System in Idaho.

The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients, as well as make recommendations to those involved in treatment as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and determine the need for treatment.
  • Develop and implement mental health treatment plans for patients in individual, family, or group settings.
  • Monitor and reassess treatment plans, including adjusting treatment or goals as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to patients, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with prescribing providers to monitor treatment adherence and communicate any side effects or complications.
  • Provide community resource information and referrals.
  • Eligible to participate in Third Party billing.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with current policy and requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.
  • License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
