Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Hailey, Idaho.

About the Role:

The Mental Health Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an individual, family, or group setting. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial diagnostic evaluation and make determination for the need for treatment.
  • Plan and provide mental health treatment services to patients in an individual, family, or group setting.
  • Manage and reassess treatment plans, including adjusting treatment goals and transitioning or terminating patients as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to patients, families, and staff.
  • Coordinate with and support medication management, monitoring treatment adherence and communicating with prescribing providers as needed.
  • Provide community resource information and referrals.
  • Eligible to participate in Third Party billing.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with current policy and requirements for care delivery settings.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
  • BLS Provider certification.
  • License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
