  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales, promotions, and product offerings, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
  • Promote an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, seeking personal developmental opportunities and soliciting feedback.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
