Aircraft Interior Specialist - Marana, AZ

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Interior Specialist to join our team in Marana, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aircraft interior systems and components, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, and testing of cabin interiors and related equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies.
  • Install aircraft interior furnishings, trim, and accessories according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production procedures for accurate measurements and installation.
  • Utilize appropriate instruments and tools to measure and mark installation areas with precision.
  • Trim and file parts and assemblies with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fit and install items using various tools and fasteners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Fabricate and install supporting structural devices as required.
  • Document training and functional performance tests accurately.
  • Rework installations as necessary to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in aircraft interior maintenance.
  • Experience with wide-body Boeing aircraft (747, 767, 777 preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of a standard aviation tool kit is essential.
  • Compliance with criminal background checks and FAA drug and alcohol screening requirements.
