Job Summary:
">The Vice President of Revenue Cycle plays a critical role in ensuring the financial success of Telecare by overseeing the revenue cycle operations, maximizing collections, and driving fiscal responsibility.
About the Role:
">This key position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a multi-facility healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicare and Medicaid billing and collection, as well as expertise in managing complex reimbursement contracts.
Responsibilities:
">- Oversight of timely and accurate billing of services provided
- Maximizing collections on all billings
- Directing all aspects of revenue cycle operations
- Ensuring timely and accurate revenue information for internal analysis and external reporting
- Partnering with accounting, finance, and operations to provide technical support and recommendations
- Guiding strategic financial decisions
Requirements:
">- A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in revenue cycle management
- Detailed knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing and collection
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and billing systems
- Ability to understand and account for complex reimbursement contracts

">- Ability to plan, direct, control, and supervise the enterprise revenue cycle function
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Strong leadership and management skills

Salary:
">The estimated salary range for this position is $203,934.37 - $251,978.83, with opportunities for growth and development based on performance.
