Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a school in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience providing OT services for public school students and a strong understanding of the needs of students with varying abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person OT assessment, direct OT services, and OT consultation for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation which must be immediately made available upon request.
  • Provide quarterly progress reports, which must be tied to each students IEP/ISP goals and objectives.
  • Provide evaluation services on an as needed basis.
  • Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary.
