Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary: $88k - $95k

Schedule: Full-time | M-F| Flexible hours

(Part-time and PRN opportunities are also available)

Location: Open positions in Reynoldsburg and Pickerington

Requirements of the PT role:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
  • Reliable transportation
About the Physical Therapist role:
  • Perform treatment visits, 30-day reassessment visits, re-certifications, and discharges.
  • Reports to the Director of Therapy
  • Travel to a facility, or residential location to conduct patient care.
  • Identify a target list, short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan.
  • Complete subsequent follow-up visits.
  • Provide supervision to PTAs
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time)
  • Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.
  • Provides, recommends, and fabricates adaptive devices or other equipment.
  • Educates client, family, and appropriate staff in the use or application of such equipment.
  • Maintains positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
