Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Resident Service Supervisor with daily operations.
  • Address a variety of residential service requests, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours whenever feasible.
  • Prepare residential units for leasing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all preventative maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status using a handheld device for real-time documentation.
  • Conduct repairs in various areas, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • HVAC certification is preferred.
  • Exhibit strong customer service abilities.
  • Engage in training to adhere to new or existing regulations.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
  • Preferred experience of two (2) years in multifamily property maintenance.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to the standards outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Successfully complete a drug screening.
