Job Title: Experienced Respiratory Therapist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of respiratory care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including respiratory assessments, therapeutic interventions, and education.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory care program.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
