Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong optical and retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification, LensCrafters Quality, Fitting & Adjusting Program.
