Job Title: Licensed Dispensing Optician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized eyewear solutions
  • Conduct thorough measurements and fittings to ensure accurate eyewear prescriptions
  • Inspect finished eyewear products and educate customers on product offerings
  • Establish and maintain store standards for operations and customer service
  • Lead and mentor the Optical team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory databases and support store operations to optimize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience in the eyewear industry
  • Passionate about eyewear and retail, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
