Job Summary

We are a community-driven organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our team, providing diagnostic evaluations and treatment modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including referrals to psychiatrists for psychopharmacology
  • Accurately document all services provided and complete necessary treatment reports
  • Utilize clinical supervision provided by psychiatrists to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work with an emphasis on clinical work
  • Advanced certification as a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work (ABE-LSW) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office-based practice or clinic
  • Licensed as a social worker in the State of Vermont at a minimum of a LICSW level
