About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ABA Centers of Pennsylvania. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including the home, community, and our centers.
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training.
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients.
  • Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
