Atlas Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arbitration Admin to join our team. As an Arbitration Admin, you will be responsible for collecting and compiling data from various sources, scanning inspection sheets, and communicating with service facilities to arrange repair work.
Key Responsibilities- Data Collection and Management: Collects and compiles data from BPP frame and drive checks quickly and accurately.
- Inspection and Scanning: Scans BPP Inspection sheets.
- Communication and Coordination: Contacts service facilities to arrange repair work and assists with tracking vehicles and arranging transportation to and from service facilities.
- Customer Service: Assists Sales to ensure previously rejected arbitrated vehicles are re-consigned and appropriate declarations are made.
- Financial Management: Assists with processing invoices for BPP claims, inherited vehicles, rejects, price adjusts, released vehicles, and ASI payback requests.
- Record Keeping: Posts charges to vehicles and AR's for completed repairs.
- Quality Control: Fail/Pass inspections for arbitrated vehicles.
- Customer Communication: Contacts customers and advises that repairs are complete and arranges transport.
- Team Support: Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale/customer promotion dates.
- Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality of all records regarding customer and/or employee information.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Software Familiarity: Familiar with Trello.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a moderate to loud noise level environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong at multi-tasking and a team player.
