Position Overview:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • 3-10 years of substantial site management experience in large-scale, intricate construction projects.
  • Experience in healthcare or high-rise projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Advanced understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (such as Project, P6, Procore, or similar tools) is essential.
  • Experience with ground-up construction is preferred.
