ROLE SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and prepared to tackle routine cleaning tasks as well as special projects as required. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the facility's offerings and programs. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in office spaces, meeting rooms, restrooms, and public areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests and provide necessary information and directions
  • Deliver courteous and friendly service to all visitors
  • Conduct general cleaning of all facility areas as directed
  • Monitor and address spills throughout the premises
  • Maintain cleanliness of all floor surfaces and glass
  • Ensure all restrooms are clean and well-stocked
  • Clean guest seating and lobby areas
  • Manage waste and recycling removal
  • Complete special projects and daily tasks as assigned by management
  • Provide friendly assistance to guests with inquiries
  • Perform non-routine cleaning as specified in job orders
  • Handle garbage and recycling removal daily
  • Respond to emergency cleaning requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or porter roles preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required, or currently pursuing
  • Willingness to work various shifts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to follow directions and complete tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, and perform bending or squatting
  • Capable of navigating the facility for long durations
  • Proficient in operating a computer
  • Facility may have intermittent noise levels
