Job Title: Electromechanical Field Service Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water purification systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to ensure the efficient operation of these systems, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water purification systems.
  • Install and qualify new systems, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Document all activities, including daily timecards, expense reports, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure all company and client property remains in good condition.
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and clients.
  • Perform basic math and problem-solving tasks.
  • Read, interpret, and understand schedules.
  • Maintain a positive customer communication approach.
  • Adhere to safety measures at all times.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of field service experience with electro-mechanical devices.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • 1+ years of experience working with PC device connections and network settings.
  • 1+ years of experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital equipment.
  • 1+ years of experience working with electronics and computer backgrounds.
  • 1+ years of experience in the use of mechanical and hand tools and service test equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical degree in areas such as plumbing, electronics, or computer repair.
  • Associate degree in engineering, science, or technical fields.
  • Previous professional experience in plumbing, electronics, or computers.
  • Experience with reverse osmosis and water purification technologies.

This role may require occasional travel outside of your territory to support fellow engineers and attend training. Overnight travel may be required on occasion.
