About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dawson, a family-owned staffing and recruiting agency in Columbus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone and email communication related to customer inquiries, pricing, and order processing
  • Act as a liaison, providing products and service information with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage international shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need good computer skills, Word and Excel proficiency, and bilingual skills in Spanish. Previous experience is not necessary, but a year or two of experience will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
