Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, villas, office spaces, and common areas of the Copeland Oaks buildings.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.

Requirements
  • Requires constant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
