Job Opportunity

Copeland Oaks, a leading Continuing Care Retirement Community in Sebring, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to join our Wellness team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, visitors, and employees in our indoor heated pool area. This includes performing duties associated with making the pool area and aquatic fitness classes safe and hazard-free.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Lifeguard certification, CPR and AED certification, and First Aid certification. Scheduling flexibility for morning and/or afternoon shifts is a must.

Copeland Oaks follows all COVID-19 protocols as issued by OSHA, Ohio Department of Health, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Applicants with disqualifying offenses under Senate Bill 160 may be disqualified from employment. As part of the pre-employment process, we conduct Criminal Background checks through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation (BCI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Crandall Medical Center also conducts pre-employment Drug Testing.
