Position Summary

We are in search of an enthusiastic **Store Manager** to lead our team at GNC. In this pivotal role, you will manage the store's daily functions in partnership with the District Manager. Your leadership will be essential in boosting sales, cultivating a supportive work atmosphere, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to assist them in selecting suitable products.
  • Guide and mentor team members to meet sales objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management and uphold store presentation standards.
  • Accurately process omni-channel orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail sales and management roles.
  • Self-driven with excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
