Job Summary

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including financial management, employee staffing and development, inventory management, and customer service leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
  • Support the Store Manager in financial management, including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store execution and performance.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering WOW Customer Service.
  • Complete operations and management skills training to enhance knowledge of the business and AutoZone culture.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statements, preferred but not required.
