Sales Director

About the Role:

Eclipse Innovations is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of up to 13 sales employees, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a remote sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage sales activities, monitor team performance, and optimize sales processes
• Acquire new customers and support prospective students for our dual study programs
• Continuously develop and improve existing sales processes for maximum efficiency

Requirements:

• Several years of sales experience in a consulting-intensive environment, ideally in telephone customer acquisition in the B2C or B2B sector
• Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration with initial leadership experience, preferably in the customer service sector
• Experience in B2B sales and a strong service orientation, actively driving sales activities
• Lived value consciousness, hands-on mentality, open and appreciative feedback culture, and a balanced relationship between target setting and supportive guidance
• Proficient in common MS Office programs and negotiate confidently in German
